| Conditions of participation |

The participant may be provided with the following ones:
1. Equipped exhibition area (office).
Minimal area of stand is 6 sq. m. (OCTANORM equipment).Equipped booth includes wall panels (depending on the type of booth, table, 2 chairs, socket 220V, light, carpet (standard colour is blue), frieze, inscription on the booth (15 symbols, standard colour of inscription is blue), rack, waste basket.Additional equipment and services should be ordered and paid according to the pricelist on the additional equipment and services.
2. Non-equipped area indoor or outdoor
Equipment is not included. It is intended for demonstration of exhibiting samples or for individual building.In case of individual building an exhibition area is necessary to submit the official letter on the form of the enterprise with the indication of the company-builder and dimensional characters of the stand.
3. Participation by correspondence
Participant should provide organizer with advertising materials till February 15, 2011. They will be promoted during working hours of exhibition from the stand of organizing committee. Logotype and text information about Participant will be placed in the official catalogue of exhibition. Cost of participation
The total cost of participation in the exhibition includes the cost of the exhibition area, registration fee and cost of additional services.
The registration fee* is obligatory payment. The registration fee shall be paid by the Participant regardless the number of participated persons. The registration fee includes the expenditures for advertising campaign on organizing and performing the exhibition, making the Catalogue, fabrication of badges. In the case of participation of several enterprises on the rent area of Exhibitor each enterprise pays registration fee. Payment for participationPayment is made by preliminary bank transfer. Ukrainian enterprises make payment in national currency. CiS enterprises make payment in Russian rubles, others - in free convertible currency. Catalogue of exhibition
The Catalogue will be compiled on the basis of the applications for participation in the exhibition. The enterprise that has paid for participation in the exhibition will receive the space in the Catalogue of 1/2 (A5) in size. Any interested enterprise may order additional advertisement in the Exhibition Catalogue.
The necessary data shall be submitted in the text form by e-mail or as the original prototype by e-mail: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it only in accordance with the requirements of the Organizer till February 1, 2012.If participant don’t send information in time it will be not added to the catalogue.
Work schedule of exhibition
The assembling of the exhibition – March 12 from 9:00 till 22:00; working hours of exhibition March 13 - 14 – from 9:00 till 17:00, March 15– from 9:00 till 16:00, grand opening of the exhibition - March 13 at 11:00; official closing - March 15 at 16:00; dismantling– March 15 from 16:00 till 22:00. |
